At HK Laser & Systems our ultimate goal is to offer the quality service and support that our customers deserve. Our dedicated service staff and dealer network across North America enjoys an unbeatable technician to machine ratio to ensure a timely response.

HK Laser & Systems USA was established in 1998 to provide sales and service support of HK laser cutting systems in North America, including Canada and Mexico, as well as the United States.

Our technical demo center, located in Lombard, Illinois represents our commitment to the North American metal fabrication industry to support HK’s products and the customers’ various needs for laser cutting applications. The facility features two laser cutting systems for demonstration and application studies for customers. We also house a large inventory of parts for immediate shipment.

To provide local service support in the Southern and Eastern territories in the U.S., our Charlotte, North Carolina service center was opened in 2005 to provide service and training as well as parts supply. More than 95% of service parts orders received by Chicago Inventory Warehouse by 3:15p.m. are shipped the same day to the customers to keep their machines running without interruption.
